Hornly is an adult entertainment live-streaming platform. Access is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this platform you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hornly ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Age Verification & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hornly. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction.
- You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such content is prohibited.
We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time. Providing false age information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3. Voluntary Broadcasts & Content
All livestreams on Hornly are voluntary. Streamers choose what to broadcast and are not coerced or pressured by Hornly in any way.
Streamers retain responsibility for the content they broadcast. The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Any content involving minors (persons under 18).
- Non-consensual acts or depictions thereof.
- Content that is illegal in the streamer's or viewer's jurisdiction.
- Hate speech, harassment, or threats.
Hornly reserves the right to remove any content and ban any user without notice for violations.
4. Coins & Payments
Hornly offers a virtual currency system ("Coins") used for gifting streamers, unlocking content, and other in-platform interactions.
No Refund Policy: All coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Hornly does not issue refunds for purchased coins under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Unused coin balances.
- Coins spent on gifts or Direct Donations.
- Account termination or ban.
- Technical issues outside of Hornly's control.
Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash by viewers/buyers. Coins are a non-refundable digital service.
5. Direct Donations & Gifting
Direct Donations made to streamers (via PayPal, GCash, Wise, or other methods) are voluntary gifts from viewers to streamers. Hornly is not a party to these transactions.
No Refunds on Donations: Direct Donations are non-refundable. By sending a donation, you acknowledge that the payment is a voluntary gift and you waive any right to a chargeback or refund.
Hornly is not responsible for any disputes between viewers and streamers regarding donations.
6. Steam Skins / In-Game Items Payment
Hornly offers the option to purchase coins by trading Steam inventory items (skins) via the Steam Trade system.
When using this payment method:
- A 1.5× multiplier applies — you provide items valued at 1.5× the standard coin package price.
- Coins are credited to your account only after the trade offer is accepted by Hornly.

- Items sent are non-refundable once the trade is accepted.
- Hornly reserves the right to reject trade offers at its discretion.
7. Withdrawals & Streamer Earnings
Streamers who hold the verified "Hornly Model" status may withdraw earned coins as real currency, subject to the following conditions:
- The account must be at least 7 days old.
- The user must hold the Hornly Model rank, granted after a verification process.
- Withdrawals are processed via PayPal to hornly.for.you@gmail.com.
- The exchange rate is set by Hornly and may change at any time.
- Hornly reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for accounts under investigation.
8. No Financial Coercion
Hornly does not coerce, pressure, or obligate any user (streamer or viewer) to make any financial transactions. All payments, gifts, donations, and coin purchases are entirely voluntary.
Streamers are free to set their own prices and choose what they offer. Viewers are free to spend or not spend at their own discretion.
9. Privacy & Data
Hornly collects basic account information (email, username) and usage data (session logs, IP addresses for security) to operate the Platform.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely and used only for Platform operations, security, and legal compliance.
Data Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols.
Camera & Microphone: The app requests access to your device's camera and microphone solely for live streaming. These permissions are used only when you actively choose to start a broadcast. Camera and microphone data is never stored or transmitted outside of the live stream session.
By using Hornly, you consent to the collection and use of data as described herein.
10. Account Termination
Hornly reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.
Upon termination, any remaining coin balance is forfeited. No refunds are issued.
11. Limitation of Liability
Hornly provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
